The earth has its own heart beat. As thunderstorms around the planet excite out of our control, lightening flashes to the earth’s telluric surface. These unpredictable electric bolts stimulate electric magnetic waves, circulating the globe. Waves with symbiotic frequencies compose together, becoming one. These frequencies in unison compose the heart beat of the planet, Schuman’s resonance fluxing through the ionosphere at 7.83 hertz. This is the heart beat of Mother Earth, circulating energy through her atmosphere. As children of planet earth, human kind syncs with this rhythm inside our bodies. The frequency of our sixth energy spiral centered in our pineal gland naturally aligns with this heartbeat, in symbiotic harmonics resonating at 432 hertz. As we align with Nature we lift above our physical bodies stimulating an atmospheric breath.

~~~~~~~~
Descending and ascending, threading our energy fields this atmospheric breath amplifies and balances simultaneously. As it stitches through our bodies it intersects at our light heart center, a shy above our heart. At this crossing over, the cyan horizon of our light heart, our circulatory breath begins to resonate from the inside out. Our blood flows. As our blood circulates through our bodies, gifting life sustaining nutrients to each part of our Self, it crosses blurred plasma boundaries into and out of our tiny cellular rooms. These energetic fields composed of cellular bodies surrounded in fluid matrix, communicate healing frequencies in alignment with Nature. The natural frequencies in our body are eigenfrequencies. Atmospheric breath radiates from our cyan light heart horizon. At the heart of all things, is this atmospheric communion connecting all that Is. Our heart is the first organ to develop in the womb of our mother. After we are born, it connects us with the heart beat of Mother Earth.
Rhythm is recurrence in motion, coupling movement of two like the oscillating wave of the butterfly wings in flight. Like two people dancing, one’s footsteps only exist in contrast to another. Balancing between two relational opposites makes texture in time and space. Rhythm between people shapes shared place. Coupling energy stimulates rhythm, a moving pulse… a shared heart beat. The singular resonance between two in synchronicity takes shape. A third body of energy resonates in the space between. As their cyclic frequencies overlap, textured energetic fields elevate. Cross beats overlapping within the measures of time make texture in the commune. Two beats per measure overlap with three beats of another stepping in measured time. Four shapes a texture with six beats per measure. Overlaps of two different rhythms are poly-rhythms.
~~~~~~~~

Cross rhythm stimulates adaptive interaction. As rhythmic footsteps traverse paths, common ground resonates in the overlapping textures. Synapses fire, as energetic signals cross. The people communicate emotion in the heartbeat of the labyrinth. As textures between them stitch together, shared harmonic resonance connects them. Energy fields calibrate in a giving and receiving, in pulsing ratios. This calibration generates giving and receiving. Originated in African culture, cross patterned rhythm in music and dance grew to embody the culture of the people. The sense of their humanity, their habitation on earth, is sourced from rhythmic relationships. From this somatic principle, instruments called adaptive instruments were developed. These instruments engage the technique of tonguing. Tonguing is an articulated sound made with a wind instrument, a struck sound like ‘tees’ and ‘das’ that you would hear in a flute. The wind flow into the instrument is abruptly stopped and started. Adaptive instruments shape a continuum of pattern shifts, alternating cross arrays smoothening translations between rhythms, body and sound moving as one composition. Music and dance together, stimulate authentic culture. This culture in Africa is integrated with areas in the southeast part of the continent, locations on earth considered the cradle of human kind. This resonating sound technique is adopted by genres of world music.

The sun and moon expand and contract with the verses of space, shaping cosmic connection with earth. Day and night, the galaxy’s arms spiral in harmony from the end points of its ancient horizon. The 24 hour cycle of the day imprints into our biophysical balance as the Circadian Rhythms cycle in the galaxy. These daily rhythms have been observed in plants, animals, and all holistic life on earth connected with its omnipresent energetic fabric. The butterflies ascend and descend between the earth and sky, stitching together the energy fields. The flowers open their petals as the sunlight rises. All life on earth is woven together through the atmospheric breath of Nature. We are guided biophysically, by the relationship between our mother planet earth and the sun throughout the course of our day. At night, the push pull of the moon and the stars are our rhythmic energy guide. This cyclic rhythm, like all natural cycles, calibrates us in harmony with the energetic fabric of Nature. Between the labyrinth inside our bodies and astral labyrinth of the stars, we find balance within this omnipotent system. Gravity grounds our steps with the earth, and cosmic rhythms lift our rhythmic heart.

~~~~~~~~
Days become seven. Months become thirteen, as each full moon ascends. Within these measures of time, our seasons shape shift in cycles. Our seasons are an effect of the earth’s tilt toward the sun, as the planet circumnavigates around the center of the sun. The seasons are the birth experience in measured time, of the womb of Mother Earth. They are the holistic medicine wheel calibrating our annual life cycle. Fall, winter, spring, and summer stimulate the blossoming of flowers, the movement of the tides, and the falling of snowflakes. These changes guide navigation patterns for vibrating fields of species around the earth from the smallest butterfly to the omnipresent migratory patterns of whales. The butterflies take flight, migrating in harmony with the seasons.
~~~~~~~~

Our energetic human movement is guided by the seasons. Our perceptual emotions shape shift with the seasons. The cycles of the rhythmic cosmos affect our physiological balance. The sun stimulates biochemical production within our internal compass, resulting in amplified serotonin, making us happier. The seasons are rebirth of humanity in the womb of Mother Earth, as the human birth experience is the birth of the child in the womb. The fall is a balancing act, toward stillness. The winter is incubation. Spring brings generation, and summer interactivity. Over the course of a year there are 13 full moon cycles, the seventh number in the ancient relational sequence 1+1=2, 1+2=3, 2+3=5... 13. Seasons are translations of the sun’s energy around the world, facilitating energetic life within the pulsing heart beat of our atmospheric breath.

~~~~~~~~
The beauty of the natural atmosphere is its ability to translate energy toward sustaining natural harmonic frequency. From mist condensing on flower petals, evaporating as the sun comes up, to clouds taking shape before a heavy rain, water as a medium of energy shapes harmony in Nature. The earth’s cycle of water, molecular composition H2O, calibrates the oxygen in our air so we can breath. In a continuum of shape shifting resonating ions, the cycle of water vaporizing and condensing as rain, overlaps with the CO2 cycle. This is the breath of the atmosphere cycling air between oxygen and carbon dioxide, for animals to breathe and plants to absorb nutrients. The water cycling between gas and liquid phases conducts and inducts the harmony of this process. Contrary to ignorant rebuttals of the effects of human imposed CO2 on the atmosphere, the water cycle of nature exists to support the sustenance of the earth more than to support humanity alone. Yes, the water cycle compensates for infiltration of CO2 into the atmosphere from the artificial greenhouse effect. It does this by amplifying the effects of CO2, increasing the temperature of the atmosphere by double, forcing climate events of drastic heat increase and storms.
~~~~~~~~

The molecular composition of the atmosphere in our environment guides the energetic atmospheric breath between our selves and the environment. The essential cycle of this atmospheric breath is the cyclic relationship between CO2 and Oxygen driving the ratio balancing the production of organic plant life and animal life. Plants use CO2 and animals use Oxygen. Ultimately, water fuels both plant and animal life. The harmonic energy cycle of composed waves and particles of the molecular relationships between water, carbon dioxide, and oxygen, within the reference frame of biophysics, relates to the harmony of the sustainable growth ratio on earth. Higher the growth of CO2, leads to higher growth of plant life. In turn, plant life is fuel for animal life. As is now true, exponential amounts of CO2 exist in the atmosphere. Absorbed by plant life, this CO2 is fuel for the growth of vegetable food. Still it’s more complex, as high artificial CO2 levels effects inorganic and organic life on earth, mutating the biosphere of Nature on earth. The rate of birth of plant life to animal life calibrates sustainable growth on earth. The energetic relationship between the two calibrates the ratio of population growth determining the sustainability of the composition.

~~~~~~~~
Time is simply a measurement. As humanity works toward sustainable growth, it is the relationship between the growth of sustaining nutrients on earth and organic life that determines sustainability. This ratio of life to death determines our sense of holistic time. Holistic time is our perception of aging, and our respect for future generations. Do we reach toward infinity? The aging of earth will determine the future of human life. As science revolves in tandem with philosophical perspectives, humanity looks toward the past and the future simultaneously learning that time the race almost reached a point of chaos, while following the holistic butterfly back to living holistically, sustainably with Nature. We determine our own sense of time, how to balance birth with death to ensure sustainable growth. We set the pace for our navigating return to the holistic nature of things. We adapt slowly with a healing understanding of birth and death, aligning with the adaptive laws of Nature. As we map our way toward the initial point when Nature on earth was climatically aligned, we set the rhythmic frequency of our steps. We set the pace and decide our own sense of time. Perhaps we travel through time, yet it’s more likely is that time travels through us.
